The Lyme Bay Winery is located in Axminster Devon, they are passionate about keeping the skill of West Country cider making alive, producing a range of ciders under the "Jack Ratt" brand name. Inspired by a famous local smuggler from the South Devon coast called Jack Rattenbury. An adventurer through and through, Jack forged his notorious career in the 18th Century smuggling contraband into Lyme Bay.

Over the years the brand identity is updated and re-launched with subtle changes, a change of Logo or a new font.
Sometimes this brand update is done by the new owners after a brewery has been sold, other times just to give the brand a fresh new look on the ever growing market.
