England - Breweries

Born in March 2012 and first brewed at Grafton, The Green Duck Brewery opened in December 2013, in an old engineering factory on the Gainsborough Trading Estate in Stourbridge. One of my old Navy shipmates is a part owner of this brewery and they hold some fantastic beer festivals. I attended the 2016 Oktoberfest Beer Festival and got to see the eight barrel brewing set up they have and met the Brew Master, a young chap in his early 20's with a good future in the industry. The brewery update their glassware designs quite regularly and are popular with local collectors.

Over the years the brand identity is updated and re-launched with subtle changes, a change of Logo or a new font.
Sometimes this brand update is done by the new owners after a brewery has been sold, other times just to give the brand a fresh new look on the ever growing market.

Below are some notes to help identify some of these changes and an aid to reference the year of the glass.
