Courage Australia Ltd was founded in November 1974. However the company was first incorporated in Victoria Australia on 3rd July 1964 as Kejam Pty Ltd and changed its name to Courage Breweries Limited on 30th November 1966. The company changed its name to Courage Australia Ltd in November 1974 and then to Tooth (Victoria) Limited on 13th December 1979. The company, trading as Tooth (Victoria) Limited was de-registered on 22th October 2006
