The Black Sheep Brewery was established by Paul Theakston in 1991. The Brewery is located in Masham in the Borough of Harrogate in North Yorkshire, England.

Black Sheep Ale - First brewed in 1992.

Riggwelter - First brewed in 1995.
Ember Inns Pale Ale - Brewed exclusively for Ember Inns
Golden Sheep - Launched in 2008
Twilighter Fresh IPA - Launched in 2019
Over the years the brand identity is updated and re-launched with subtle changes, a change of Logo or a new font.
Sometimes this brand update is done by the new owners after a brewery has been sold, other times just to give the brand a fresh new look on the ever growing market.
